Thank you for visiting CE Gifts online store. We sell new age giftware etc. Please check back often as all items are limited quantities and new stock is arriving regularly.

Shipping

We will send your parcel by courier.

We do not currently charge extra for rural delivery. However we can only deliver to PO BOX address's by NZ Post not courier.

Returns

If you are not happy with the product you have choosed from CE Gifts, we will be happy to offer you a refund - excluding courier costs. Or exchange it if the items are returned within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund.

It is at your own cost and responsibility to send it back to CE Gifts once received we will process the refund for you.

Damages By Courier

If your item arrives damaged you must in the first instance contact us by email cegifts@outlook.co.nz along with any photos so we can advise our courier company and start the claim process, frailure to do so can result in a claim being instantly denied. Our courier is fantastic if we follow the process they have set out and can often have a replcement sent out within a day or may provide a refund and will also get the damaged item picked up asap.
